In collaboration with the charity Co Create in Exeter I hosted some up cycling workshops. The intention was to combat loneliness within Exeter while teaching the community new skills. It was a space people could come and socialise even if that is hard for them, learning new skills really help to ease up social interaction as different parts of your brain are at work. It was also a place of openness where everyone can pitch in with their own skills - teaching one another as we go.
